Anthem Ranch is an award winning, master-planned, active-adult (55+) community in Broomfield, Colorado, located just north of Denver. Anthem Ranch Community Association (ARCA) 1335 homes. The community has robust lifestyle and fitness programming, extensive open space, trail system, pocket parks, tennis and pickleball courts, and the Aspen Lodge, the centerpiece 32,000 sq. ft. community recreation center.

The Aspen Lodge houses an indoor and an outdoor pool/spa, walking track, fitness room, cardiovascular/weight rooms, locker rooms, library, billiards room, crafts room, kitchen and 3 multi-purpose rooms that can open up into one large space. Multi-purpose Room 1, which includes a hardwood dance floor, is regularly used for PowerPoint presentations, dances, plays, and concerts. Each of the multi-purpose rooms, as well as the crafts room, host a minimum of two events/activities per day. There are 85 resident-run Anthem Ranch Clubs that have access to or use the Aspen Lodge facility.
