Aspen Lake, Ranch Lake, and Sailors Lake, are surrounded by private property owned by the Anthem Ranch Community Association.
Buffalo Lake, Cascade Lake, and Veterans Lake are surrounded by public lands owned by the City and County of Broomfield.

    • Fishing in Anthem Ranch Private Lakes unaccompanied by a Resident is prohibited.

    • Anthem Ranch Residents are granted access to all lakes mentioned above for recreational use.

    • All guests must be accompanied by an Anthem Ranch Resident when using Aspen Lake, Ranch Lake, and Sailors Lake.
    • Guests must be checked in with a guest pass at the Aspen Lodge Recreational Center before using any Anthem Ranch amenity (Aspen Lodge, Courts, Lakes/ Ponds, Pool).
  • Visitors Unaccompanied by a Resident
    • Unaccompanied Visitors are prohibited from using Aspen Lake, Ranch Lake, and Sailors Lake as they are on private property. Buffalo Lake, Cascade Lake, and Veterans Lake are surrounded by public lands and are permitted for public use.

The Large Amphitheater in Anthem Ranch is located outside the Aspen Lodge near Sailors Lake. The grassy hill that faces Sailors Lake can hold more than 100 participants who desire to sit on the grass and another 40 who prefer chair seating on a concrete surface. At the Large Amphitheater, the stage is comprised of a ½ wall on top of a concrete pad that makes a very comfortable setting.

The Small Amphitheater in Anthem Ranch is located between Silver Mountain Loop and Antero Circle. There is no parking lot for the area but sidewalk access and parking are available on both streets. The performing area is soft surface gravel and the audience can sit comfortably on the rock wall or on the adjacent grass. The Small Amphitheater can host several performers and 40 audience members, creating an intimate setting.

The Anthem Ranch Bocce Courts are located outside the north exits of the Aspen Lodge. The outdoor area shares a parking lot with the Aspen Lodge.

The Pickleball & Tennis Courts are located approximately 3 blocks northwest of the Aspen Lodge on Aspen Lodge Way. The outdoor area has its own parking lot and the amenity area offers more than just pickleball and tennis courts.

All courts are open from sunrise to sunset. The Tennis and Pickleball Clubs have first reservations, but all open times can be reserved by any Anthem Ranch resident on the community website Reservation Calendar, or at the front desk. Any unreserved time slots can be utilized on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Anthem Ranch Playground is located southwest of the intersection of Anthem Ranch Road and Quandary Loop (South). There is no parking lot near the playground; however, there is plenty of street parking on Quandary Loop and a sidewalk to the playground.
